Beach house rentals

Last summer my family and I decided to travel to a beautiful location and find a beach house rental. We thought it would be perfect because we would feel like we were at home, yet in front of the beach. A place with family games, a fireplace to curl up in front of, a lovely porch to people watch and all the comfort a home can provide. We thought we would find the perfect one and instead found hundreds of beach house rentals. Most of them were booked though, it was only after calling several rental offices that we found the perfect one.

It might be hard to find the beach house rentals that you want, but you may have to take what you can get. Some of them are not situated on the beach, but might be a few minutes away. If you want beach house rentals that are truly right off the beach, you had better be prepared to pay for that privilege and to book a long time in advance. If you want to save, you can get something that might be a block or two away, but still is very close, and will still be great fun.

What you pay for beach house rentals might also depend on where you want to go. There are some places that are more expensive than others. Some places are beach front but the ocean is too cold for a swim. Some places are too expensive because they are trendy and frequented by celebrities. Some places that are not known for their beaches might even end up being the most expensive. If you want to go somewhere south, you will find that some have specials on their beach house rentals because they have so many of them, and they want to fill them up. Somewhere up north that has nice beaches, but also has a limited season, might be more expensive because of demand.

If you contact a few beach house rental realtors you can get an idea of what is available in short notice, or even rentals available for next year summer season. Make sure to ask for photos, fins out about deposits and non-refundable deposits, area safety and what the beach house has to offer.
